What is your return policy?
30-day returns on unused parts in original packaging. Electrical items and fluids are non-returnable once opened. Fitment-guarantee parts are 100% refundable including return shipping if our fitment check was wrong.
How fast is shipping?
Orders placed before 16:00 CET ship the same business day from our Rotterdam warehouse. Standard EU delivery is 2–4 working days. Express overnight available at checkout for most items.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes. We ship to the UK, Switzerland, Norway and most other European countries. Customs duties are calculated at checkout for non-EU destinations.
